The Section/Die Design facility of Fletcher Aluminium boasts over 20 years of experience in the design of profiles and dies for aluminium extrusion.

Often new die designs are required, and a new profile extruded.  Our Die Design Team use their experience to work alongside our customers in the section design stages of a project to specifically meet the customer’s requirements.

This team is also responsible for maintaining our ISO9000 system of monitoring dies and their development/evolution.
